1. About MulaEarn

MulaEarn Agencies Kenya ("MulaEarn", "we") provides an online platform where registered members can earn rewards through affiliate referrals, survey questions, watching videos, advert clicks and a Spin & Win game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Kenya, and hold a registered M-Pesa number. One person may hold one account.

3. Activation fee

A one-time activation fee of KSH 500 unlocks the earning features. The fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated, except where required by law.

4. Earnings are not guaranteed

Rewards depend on your own activity, on referrals actually activating, and on content available at the time. We make no promise of any particular income.

5. Referral commissions

Commissions of KSH 300 (level 1), KSH 100 (level 2) and KSH 50 (level 3) are paid when a member in your network completes activation. Self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited.

6. Spin & Win

Spin & Win is a game of chance. Only stake money you can afford to lose. Outcomes are random and determined by our servers. Free spins have no cash value other than the winnings they produce.

7. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is KSH 500. Withdrawals are paid to the M-Pesa number you specify and may be reviewed for fraud prevention before payout.

8. Prohibited conduct

Using bots, scripts, multiple accounts, VPN abuse or any attempt to manipulate rewards will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

9. Changes

We may update rewards, fees and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
